Flat-Rate Shipping — $4.99
We keep shipping simple. Every order ships for a flat rate of $4.99, regardless of the number of shelves you order. No surprises at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.
Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location within the contiguous United States.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. P.O. Box delivery may be available depending on carrier routing — please contact us if you have concerns about your address.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number. Use that number on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment in real time. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 4 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Our shelves are carefully packed to withstand transit. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right. Include your order number and photos of any damage.
