Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories at this time.

A flat shipping fee of $4.99 USD applies to all orders, regardless of order size or weight.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. Estimated Delivery

Standard estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Tracking

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
• Items showing signs of installation, use, or damage caused by the customer.
• Custom or made-to-order items (if applicable).
• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping

Stated weight capacities are estimates based on proper installation into wall studs using appropriate hardware. LA REAL ESTATE VENTURES LLC is not liable for damages arising from improper installation, overloading, or wall damage. Always follow included installation instructions and consult a professional if needed.
