Returns & Refund Policy

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• Return is requested within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
• The shelf is unused and uninstalled — no holes drilled, no mounting hardware applied.
• The item is in its original condition with no scratches, stains, or alterations.
• The product is returned in its original packaging with all included hardware and accessories.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is provided.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at [email protected] or call +1 (805) 944-1199 with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days.

2. Receive your Return Authorization (RA) number. Do not ship items back without this number — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the box.

4. Ship to our returns address: Cuneoadvertisinf Store Returns, 405 Science Dr., Moorpark, CA 93021. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your tracking number.

5. Receive your refund within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. You’ll be notified by email when the refund is issued.

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or damaged items: We cover all return shipping costs. Please photograph the damage and include the images in your initial email.
• Change of mind or incorrect size: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees ($4.99) are non-refundable.
• Wrong item sent: We cover return shipping and will resend the correct item at no additional charge.

Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We do not issue refunds in the form of store credit unless specifically requested by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

Our shelves are inspected and carefully packaged before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please act within 72 hours of delivery:

• Email [email protected] with your order number.
• Attach clear photographs of the damage, including the box exterior and shelf surfaces.
• We will arrange a replacement shipment or full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Installed, drilled, or altered shelves
• Items without original packaging or missing hardware
• Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)
• Items marked as final sale at time of purchase

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order at your convenience. This ensures the fastest processing time for you.
