Cuneoadvertisinf Store sells handcrafted oak wall shelves designed for modern homes. Our floating shelves feature natural oak wood grain, clean lines, and durable construction, ideal for displaying books, plants, photos, and home décor. Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible; however, natural wood grain patterns will vary between individual pieces, and slight color differences may appear due to monitor settings.

3. Eligibility

Our store is intended for customers who are at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the total order amount — including applicable taxes and shipping — to your selected payment method. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All product prices are displayed in USD. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local laws. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order is fulfilled; in such cases, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship exclusively within the United States. Our standard shipping fee is $4.99 per order. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are approximations only — actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Cuneoadvertisinf Store is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a shipment has been dispatched. Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

If your shipment is lost or arrives significantly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we may investigate with the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective items: If your shelf arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our return policy rather than the cancellation policy.

9. Intellectual Property
